I’m Melissa Lipka, a holistic certified nutritionist, and I’ve been through it all, so I know what you’re going through. I have struggled with weight my entire life and have tried every diet out there. I am living proof that fad diets and quick fixes DO NOT work! I even battled anorexia in my early 20’s.

My Personal Journey
I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) in my teens and Hashimoto’s in my 40s—talk about life handing you lemons. Instead of making lemonade, I decided to dive headfirst into nutrition. It was a game-changer. Once I understood how food truly works with the body, I learned to love it again - not fear it. Food went from enemy to healer, fueling my energy, boosting my health, and making me feel whole in this crazy fast-paced world. Now, I live by the 80/20 rule. Eighty percent of the time, I’m all in on healthy, clean eating. The other 20%? Bring on the treats!
